To strengthen our Customer Support, we are expanding the team and are looking for a Customer Supporter to our German department, based in Copenhagen
 
In your role as a Customer Supporter, placed in our Copenhagen office, you are working towards the German and German speaking markets and retailing. Your focus will be on increasing efficiency mainly through development and improvement of systems and processes.
 
As part of an international company your range of contacts will be national as well as international. Headquarters for Customer Support and other departments concerning your assignment are seated in Tingsryd, Sweden. In addition, your tasks assignment will include contact with warehouses, costumer/consumer, forwarding agents.

You will report to the Customer Support Manager in Sweden.

General tasks assignments:
- General customer contact
- Order registration
- Delivery notices
- Invoice handling
- Complaints handling
- System support/registry care
 
This job requires your understanding for the logistic chain as well as your determination for excellent customer care.

Skills & experiences
- Experience from the German market and retailing, DIY and grocery stores
- Fluent German and English, in speech and writing, Swedish/Danish not requested but an advantage
- Great communication skills, verbal and written
- Committed to deliver an exceptional level of customer service
- M3 or other ERP system an advantage
- Experience with full MS office package

Salary accounting to agreement
Traveling days: 1-2 weeks/year
